Terms of service

Last updated: August 2026 · Draft for legal review

These terms govern your use of Walkflow at walkflow.app ("Walkflow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Walkflow helps you record site walkthroughs, publish them to our platform, enrich them with AI-assisted transcript and summary content, and share interactive links with your clients. The walkthrough itself is the primary record — not a separate report product.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Credits and billing

Walkflow uses pay-as-you-go credits purchased through Stripe. Free tier limits apply as shown in the product. Credits are consumed when your upload manifest completes on our servers. Refunds for failed processing follow our in-product policy. Prices and pack sizes may change with notice on the marketing site.

Your content

You retain ownership of walkthroughs you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transcode, transcribe, caption, summarise, and deliver your content to you and to recipients you authorise via share links. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information and third-party AI providers.

Share links

Share links are bearer URLs. Anyone with an active link may view the walkthrough until you revoke it or it expires. You are responsible for who you share links with.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, mobile browser limitations, and third-party outages may affect recording or playback.

Disclaimer

Walkflow is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You may stop using Walkflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete walkthroughs from your library; deletion removes associated storage objects subject to backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protections.
